Should be, but I'm not going to find out on a production server ;-). BTW, our 9.1 box gives some problems on it's LVM (lvm devices don't start up sometimes), so I would be more hesitant to have root (and all the necessary tools to get the LVM up) on LVM ... > I remember I've even tested that > during 9.2 debugging process.
