[Cooker] Where to announce RPMs?

Hi!
Where do I announce if I updated/uploaded a src.rpm to
ftp.linux-mandrake.com/incoming ?  Only to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with
subject set to RPM, or also somewhere else?
