[Cooker] Kvirc 2.0.0 SRPM

I uploaded the SRPM of the Kvirc 2.0.0 IRC client codenamed Phoenix to
ftp.linux-mandrake.com/incoming.
I hope you try it out and point out any problems that you find with it.
I hat to change quite a few things in the Makefiles to make it compatible with
Mandrake 7.1
