I do tests with both xawtv and xdtv, but i think i will be the same with other applications with bttv in grab mode. With acpi=ht in lilo and V4L in grab mode, i have a dead lock in few minutes (less than 15 minutes).... Browsing changelog, i found this entry for 2.4.22-0.7mdk: update bttv-20030625 (tmb) Is this the cause ?
