Then I don't know why my drive died. Maybe it was pure luck, that it died after booting with 9.2 CD ? It is a) a cd-writer and b) a dvd-rom. Anyway, it didn't work anymore so i have returned it. BTW: I don't think that posting to multiple lists work with mandrakes sympa setup. All 4 mails are posted to cooker. None of the mails of this thread get trough to expert (some experts confirmed this). I guess you have to write different mails to each list. For this thread I think it is important to fix this.
