It would be nice to have net_monitor in the start menu by default. Many newbies
don't know it exists. Too bad, cause it is very useful to know how fast you are
downloading, because some programs don't tell you (like gurpmi or cvs), and some
others (like xmule) have buggy speed calculation algos.
If you know how fast you are downloading, you can tell when it's time to change
mirror.
