I agree totally on what you say : Mandrake is better than RH, especially for new users. BUT i'm saying that in this specific purpose, they must subscribe to the club or buy a pack where this kind of problems will be solved. This is part of the SERVICE Mandrake should gain money on, so my point is : 1 - you have some knowledge or want ot improve, so this it one issue you should be able to survive to, or 2 - you just don't want to have a look at what is happening, so you buy a powerpack to get the help, subscribe to the club, buy a preinstalled computer.
