This might be also an issue with gstreamer-oss as this is not an issue when using gstreamer-esound for playback. I could not test this with gstreamer-alsa because of issue #6276. I'm currently using kernel-i686-up-4GB-2.4.22.21mdk-1-1mdk with alsa module snd-cs46xx.
