Do you have a mount error for
/dev/hde4       /       xfs

I have a mount error for
/dev/sda5 / ext3

Other have reported problems with reiserfs.

As I understand this problem has been difficult to reproduce.
But we must have something in common, but it is not
clear what that might be.
