The names of the workspaces in WindowMaker don't show on the screen when you
switch of workspaces.
This fonctionnality is actived in WPrefs but doesn't work.
This was OK in the 8.2, but this is down in the 9.1 and 9.2 (I don't have test
the 9.0)
