Perhaps I can help out as I have this brand and model monitor.
ddcxinfos | fgrep -i eisa
This returns nothing but ddcxinfos gives me a list of resolutions+colors and how
much video ram I've got, that's it.
It's suppose to be plug n play but I have my doubts. I use the generic flat
panel 1280x1024 monitor setting. It seems to work fine but I haven't dared to
test all the supported ranges this monitor has. Here is the web site for info.
 http://www.princetongraphics.com/product_vl173.htm
Also here is the manual url which provides all the resolutions and their
frequencies on page 15.

The monitor specifications are on 14.
I'll keep an eye on the bug tracker if anyone wants me to run any commands.
A side note if anyone posts problems with getting this monitor to auto tune.
The background color can make all the difference during the tune. Dark cyan is
what I use.

Subject probably says it all.

I ended up with a Custom setting done for me automatically that is not quite
right. I see slight flicker on the display. I probably can enter the settings
manually but hope you can get it fixed for 9.1.

Keep the faith.
