Don't worry about this. The same happens with WordPerfect Office 2000 as well.
I did manage to fix it, I think I pointed something at fontfs ! It has to do
with the fact that fonttastic only seems to start properly on very few
distributions ! But it really is not a problem. All this message is saying is
'I cannot stop something that was not started' !
