Make sure you have the latest KDE stuff from Cooker . . . and then delete the following directories: Local user: rm -rf ~/.kde/share/applnk-mdk/Configuration/KDE and system (as root): rm -rf /usr/share/applnk-mdk/Configuration/KDE and then relogin to KDE and start the control panel This worked for me!
