Done, please test it (I don't use heartbeat - yet ...)

Once I have a clean 9.2 installation, or klama's got a 9.2 chroot, I
will build packages for 9.2.

But, then we need to have a policy for updates to contrib ... and
possibly one on per-release release suffixes or epochs too ...
