[Cooker] Problem with tcp-wrappers in MDK-7.1

Hi
Thereis problem with package tcp-wrappers in Mdk7.1. there isn't file
/usr/lib/libwrap.a so some programs like ssh doesnt build.
Please fix it as soon as possible.
