[Cooker] IPMasqAdm

[Don Head]

Something I don't see in most distros is
IPMasqAdm, which I've seen mentioned over and
over in some documents.  I've found only a SuSE
RPM and a generic RPM, both on rpmfind.net.  Is
it not used anymore?  Is there something better?
Has anyone made a Mdk RPM?  Am I blind?
