[Cooker] CS4236 sound card

Hi,

I have a Dell Latitude laptop with a CS4236 soundcard and it does not seem to
be supported by sounddrake and co.

Here are the lines I put in /etc/modules.conf

options snd-card-cs4236 snd_port=0x530 snd_cport=0x210 snd_mpu_port=0x330
