I think we've been through this before :/

According to the relevent RFC's, email addresses are _not_ case
sensitive (any more than domain names are).  As a result, mail sent to
root@localhost, ROOT@LOCALHOST, and Root@LocalHost all go to the same
person.  The use of "C" vs. "c" makes absolutely no difference to the
MTA's involved.

The only place it _might_ make a difference (and I have no experience
with the software involved, so this is is purely conjecture) is in the
sympa configuration.

Frankly, I think the server may be a bit overtaxed, based on the
frequent 1-2 day delays in the appearance of posts to expert and
several hour delays here.
