[Cooker] msec bugs?

junbuster, which does not use a "real" chkconfig supported initscript
needs access to /var/log/junkbuster dir as user nobody. But msec seems to
not only change the /var/log to root.root, but removes the x bit so the
permission are 600 instead of 700!
