Hello!
I'd like to build some of the hugher packages not on my machine but on a
machine with a faster net connection. The problem is, that I cannot upgrade
the installed version of RPM and thus also cannot put anything in
/usr/lib/rpm.
How would I go about installing at least all of the files under /usr/lib/rpm
beneath my home directory and making sure that RPM finds them?
