[Cooker] Netscape Communicator 4.7.4

Netscape has released the new communicator release.
It is available with 128-bit cryptography only. They also
officially support linux-2.2 now.

I think now we can get rid of the netscape-128-* packages
and include 128-bit cryptography in the main distribution.

Is somebody working on an upgrade for the netscape
packages?
