Who will write this? We need someone who knows pretty well the art of
making RPM's for at least Redhat, Suse and Caldera. Who is The One ?

Hum, we keep on adding/changing things as long as we need/invent them.

I think that the basic RPM will work cross-distribution, but anything
bigger will have problems.
