(There could be newer things on the mirror, I've just come home and have
yet to run autorpm. The general idea is that this box is up2date, and I
don't configure anything on it. If stuff doesn't work, I'll fix it,
submit the fixes to the cooker list and wait until the fix hits the
machine through the mirror (I only install mandrake compiled rpm's on
this box). I don't apply my own fixes (other than testing) to the
machine. I think you could say it's a quite default cooker install).

Well, before all issues are solved it could take some time... I've also
got an alpha machine which has some kde weirdness. But that's for later.
Let's first get the stuff compiling & working on the ix86 platform.

By the way: KDE2 looks great!!
