[Cooker] TV/Radio/teletext app ?

One thing that annoys me a bit is, that there is no radio/tv/teletext 
application included in Mandrake.

If I make RPMs of one or two packages, will they then be included in Cooker 
and the main distribution ? (Assuming they are GPL) ? What does it take to 
get stuff included ?
