I think I can explain. As you are aware there is still a large development
effort going on with kde2. If a developer makes a massive change and it
has no hope of compiling they are supposed to exclude it from the
"make" on the package. In this case what happened is exactly what should
of happened.

We'll hope that the next build includes that package again.
