Yep, this is a known bug which have been corrected for current cooker only.

This is a problem of dependancy in the enlightment-conf package itself. It will
be corrected as it is not currently corrected yet.

Well, deselect it if you don't want it, although can you use a imwheel mouse

there is a lot of files (more than 1000) and post-install script call
makewhatis.fr which could take a while.

This version does not include boot prom alias update.
If you can, try booting directly the root partition on boot prom prompt.

This is the case now, it has been removed for these version but it is back now.

This is problably an issue with prom aliases update which are corrected now.
