According to discussions that took place 1 month ago, the good thing is to
rsync, then rsync again, and again, until nothing new appears; then the
mirror should include the dep files, because something like 1.5 month ago
fredl changed the way it works: the updates are done with also updates to
the deps files.
If needed, ask more details to Ron Stodden <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, if my
memory is good enough he knows how to handle that.
