[Cooker] CUPS: Let's start with graphical frontends: XPP

Oi,

I have uploaded my graphical frontend for CUPS now. It's the X Printing
Panel (XPP). Now we have xpp-0.4-1mdk. This graphical frontend is for
printing, not for administration. Using the Fast Light Toolkit to get
the widgets it is small and fastly loaded, independent whether you use
KDE, GNOME, or another desktop. Please do not forget to install FLTK
before. This library is on the Cooker, too.
