[Cooker] Security Packages Deps Problem?

mandrake 7.1  with all updates except kernel as of tuesday, securty
packages downloaded on tuesday

When Ever I try to install the ssh packaeges, i get the following error.

"Failed dependencies: openssh-2.1.1p3-2mdk requires
rpmlib(VersionedDependencies) "

this occures with the client, server,openssh and askp packages.

open ssl installed correctly as did mod_ssl and lynxssl, and i haver
installed thease packages correctly before with a differnet download of
the security packages and a clean 7.1 (no updates applied). I don't have
access to thease files at the moment so i can't do a test install with
them.
