Since updating perl (I think this is what broke it), MandrakeUpdate no longer
works:
[root@linux1 /tmp]#

syntax error at /usr/X11R6/bin/grpmi.pm line 6, near "mkdir"
Execution of /usr/X11R6/bin/grpmi.pm aborted due to compilation errors.
grpmi: common.c:48: myread: Assertion `s == size' failed.
All updates that I've tried will fail - the bug is in grpmi.pm.
[root@linux1 /tmp]# rpm -qf /usr/X11R6/bin/grpmi.pm
grpmi-7.1-19mdk
There appears to be a dependcy problem between the MandrakeUpdate and grpmi
and perl.
