[Cooker] Need To Customize Mandrake CDs

I need to customize Linux Mandrake for a client.
I'll be making about 50+ CDs beacuse of the amount of PC that will be
running Linux-Mandrake and a kickstart script is not going to work (there
are a few RPMS I'll need to add and a few I'll need to remove).

There was talk about 9 mons. ago about how this would be done but I cannot
find it in the archives.

Can anyone link me to, or explain how to customize my Linux-Mandrake
distribution?
