No, seriously that is a good idea, as I have about 3 laptops to tend to,
and the install is always too big for the hd. I'm sure that will help a
lot in making Mandrake one of the most flexible distros.

Another possible suggestion is the automatic setup of DPMS and APM on
laptops, as I had to add "xset dpms 300" to my X startup scripts, as well
as setting the "hdparm -S 36 /dev/hda" to power down the HD.

These changes can benefit the environment on desktops, as well as enhance
battery life on laptops.
