[Cooker] the epic4 rpms

Hiya, I'm the one who makes the RPMS for ircII EPIC4.  I noticed you
guys still have an old version of my RPM in the cooker, might want to
upgrade to one of the more current ones at
ftp://ftp.magenet.com/pub/linux/rpm/epic

If you'd like, I can make an offical RPM package for the Mandrake dist
also.
