It looks like wwsympa won't work without FastCGI support in Apache, and this
isn't part of the cooker release either.
Here's the Apache error log:

On the other hand, maybe it won't run because the command line sympa.pl won't
run either (see my earlier message). The docs claim that FastCGI is
preferred, but it does not seem to be mandatory.
