Take a look at these build dependancy messsages (buildoutputs):

Having proftpd installed shouldn't prevent anonftpd to be built, should
it?
evolution-0.3.1-2mdk.src.rpm:

libunicode-devel is needed by evolution-0.3.1-2mdk

Libunicode-devel currently isn't on the mirrors for some reason...

Having evolution installed shouldn't conflict with BUILDING gnome-pim,
should it? When installing the package they should have a conflict.
