kdebase-1.93-6mdk
kcontrol now fires up, but no background or desktop modules. can't access from root
window right-mouse-click menu either. missing icons for entire tree below settings
in menu and kcontrol. panel starts off small rather than medium, as do many of the
icons in the menu - very inconsistent here.
