where did you get this module ? i ship with our kernel the :

(chmou@kenobi)[~]-% rpm -qpl /RPMS/kernel-2.2.17-0.19mdk.i586.rpm|grep tdfx
/lib/modules/2.2.17-0.19mdk/misc/tdfx.o

which it's reported as working...
