[Cooker] multiple messages are BACK!

Could someone tell me if they are receiving 
multiple messages again?

Not that I mind some of the words of wisdom.
And probably 10 repeats would still not be
enough for my simple mind to comprehend;
However. It has been picking up again!!!

Only Cooker has this happeningand non of
the other half-dozen Lists I subscribe to.
