We decided to add some Packager tag to the packages we "really" did,
because sometimes when a guy quickly fixes something and he gets in the
packager field, he gets some feedback about the package but he's not the
correct target.
And after all what so bad is there in adding the Packager tag, as long as
this is a package for which we spend much time.
