I have chosen the names of the executables of the appropriate filters,
so that an printer installation program (as printerdrake) can find the
appropriate package when it reads the filter command line in a PPD file
(CUPS) or in the printerdb (LPD). One could perhaps do the following:
Lexmark2070 --> printer-driver-lexmark-2070-bw__Lexmark2070
c2070 --> printer-driver-lexmark-2070-color__c2070
cZ11 --> printer-driver-lexmark-z11__cZ11
cjet --> printer-driver-canon-CaPSL__cjet
Now everyone can read from the file name for what these packages are,
and when a program cuts off all up to the first '_' and all beginning
from the first '.' one has the executable name. So if a program finds
out that "cZ11" is missing, it installs:
rpm -Uvh printer-driver-*__cZ11.*.rpm
in general
rpm -Uvh printer-driver-*__${exec_name}.*.rpm
and the missing program will be installed.
When I upload the packages under a new name, how can I remove the
packages with the old names from the Cooker?
