I'm not Pixel, but I may be able to answer the first question. I'm using Outlook 98 at work myself. I've found that Outlook 98's Organize feature works quite well for this fairly-high-traffic list. I have it configured to automatically move all e-mails that contain "To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]" into a Personal Folder, so that it doesn't clog up my limited Exchange server mail space. I can then browse the Personal Folder and sort by either the Subject field (works great for ongoing conversations) or by Received date (which is how I normally view it when I'm not overloaded with back e-mails).
