[Cooker] libungif-4.1.0-7mdk doesn't build

It ends with this error:

+ xargs bzip2 -9
bzip2: I won't write compressed data to a terminal.
bzip2: For help, type: `bzip2 --help' .

This situation was already seen on xpm-3.4k-9mdk which I posted
yesterday.
