I just checked all src.rpm's for build dependencies of their own
packages. Here's what we get:
ClanLib - ClanLib-devel
ImageMagick - ImageMagick-devel
cracklib - cracklib-devel
gd - gd-devel
ghc - ghc
imlib - imlib-devel
libgr - libgr-devel
libungif - libungif-devel
slang - slang
Interesting to note that ghc and slang require themselves... This does
not seem to worry rpm. It seems that he ignores such direct cycling
dependencies. However, on what concerns devel packs, it starts crying
wild. Meanwhile I should note that some of these packs have linking
options directed to /usr/lib and compilation/build breaks. Particularly,
this is the case of ImageMagick.
I also checked contrib section and found no cycling dependencies. The
last mirror was made yesterday night from ftp.sunet.se. Checkup was made
through a small script.
