Internet is not reserved to rich US citizen, you know... As you can't
figure out to who you're sending mail, what kind of connection they
have, and even if they could eventually afford better, it's just a
matter of self-correction to use the minimum bandwith necessary. If you
don't understand, imagine i block your phone line all day long. After
all, you just have to buy another.
