[Cooker] PROJ4 and Shapelib not in cooker

Could you please put PROJ4 and shapelib in cooker

Which are made for redhat...

software: www.freegis.org

Let me know if someone can do it, or if someone can explain me how to
modify redhat spec files for Mandrake...
