Hi list,

For the third version since I try beta (or release) Mandrake. I stall on
a pretty anoying problem, my / is on a raid0 array. The reason it's
anoying is that the installer permits you to install your / on a raid0
array, but it is impossible to update a system install in such way since
there is no kernel raid autodetect support.

I tried almost everything, I even tried to manually mount the raid
array.
The only way for me to update is to restart all over from scratch which
is not a good thing since I have to backup the old config and
reconfigure every thing again.

I pleading for my cause, would you please work on that problem. It would
probably be easy to do since the distibution kernel can autodetect the
raid array and boot on it.
