[Cooker] LookNFeel change request

I prefer to have my task bar at the bottom of the screen always display the 
desktop names.  At start up, it always reverts to the desktop numbers.  Can 
this be changed so that whatever the user last set is restored or provide a 
setting somewhere else?  Am I missing something that should be obvious?
