I run 7.2 beta 2 in runlevel 5, logged in as myself (vt7 as usaul).
I use gnome.
I shitch to vt1, login as root and do
# startx -- :1
and instead of starting kde on vt8, I get an additional window
manageged by gnome with the title "kde desktop", with the kde
panel on top of my gnome panel on vt7.
Is that a bug or a feature?
