No of course not!!

It's very important to have the same name for subsys as the name for
initscript, since this is the way to know when change of runlevel if a
service has to be started or if it's already started.

Before, when you were in runlevel 5 and you were issueing "init 3", 5-10
services were starting but they were already running.

Now that we have fixed most of them when you do so, no services shall be
re-started anymore.
