[Cooker] Menu patch for Gnome panels

Hi!

The Gnome panel is patched to support Mandrake's
menu system. But the 'Menu panel' type is flawed.
There's a 'Settings' menu which is empty.
I think it should contain the Gnome/Settings
menu.
